VINCI Airports signs the contract of concession for Belgrade airport.

Serbia has awarded Vinci a 25-year concession to run Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla airport and paid initial amount of 501 million euros. A member of the World Bank Group – IFC will provide two loans, one of 72 million euros and second in the amount of 110 million euros to the new concessionaire. Vinci aims to boost traffic further. It operates with 45 airports worldwide.

It operates airport platforms as a part of a network of 65 airports in 12 countries:

Dominican Republic,

Chile,

Serbia,

Vinci is a French concessions and construction company founded in 1899 as Société Générale d’Enterprises. 

 

France have signed double tax treaty with Serbia

 

What is a tax treaty?

A tax treaty is a bilateral agreement made by two countries to resolve issues involving double taxation of passive and active income of each of their respective citizens. Income tax treaties determine the amount of tax that a country can apply to a taxpayer’s income, capital, estate, or wealth. An income tax treaty is also called a Double Tax Agreement (DTA).
